                                        PAM'S GARLIC SAUCE (Like La Shish or Country Restaurant)

                                        1 3/4 lb. red potatoes, peeled, cooked and cooled
                                        8 cloves garlic, run through food processor or minced finely in a blender

                                        Put garlic in a bowl and mash 1 potato at a time til you have the creamy consistency you desire. Add alternately, about 1/4 c. at a time, 1 c. light olive oil then 1/3 c. white vinegar (or try mixing the vinegar with lemon juice to get the 1/3 c.) beating after each addition til smooth. Let garlic sauce sit over night. Stir in 1 c. of Kraft real mayonnaise.
